Mortice Lock
The new High Security Fortress Lock range reinforces ERA’s position
as the UK’s largest producer of mortice locks.
The new Fortress range fully complies with both the European (BS EN 12209)
and British (BS3621:2004) standards. Further recommendation from the police-endorsed
Secured by Design programme guarantees insurance companies exacting criteria
is not only met but exceeded.
There are three locks in the range: the Fortress Euro, the Fortress Oval
and the Fortress 5 Lever Mortice. All are available in sashlock and deadlock
versions, with hardened steel plates to defend against drilling and four
hardened rollers in the deadlock to resist hacksawing. Locksmith kits
are available and all the locks come complete with full fitting instructions.

Locks, providing an easy means of closing the door from the outside. The

The new British Standard High Security Nightlatch now gives customers an
even wider range to choose from. It complies with BS3621: 2004 and falls

designed with an internal lockable handle, offering added security against

The ERA British Standard Euroshield is certified to BS3621:1998, fully meeting
insurance company requirements and recommended by the police.
The BS Euroshield features a High Security 6 pin Euro Profile Double Cylinder
resistant against picking or drill attack. Bolt through heavy-duty security
roses protect the cylinder.

Window Locks
For both UPVC and Wooden Window Frames. The Ventilation Lock has been
designed especially for PVCU windows and doors. With its shaped and robust
styling the ventilation lock is an excellent home safety device allowing
the window to be opened for air flow but remain locked preventing entry
through the window. It is simple and easy to use with no key required.
It can be used on PVCU doors in the same way that a door chain is used,
but as there is no chain, the door will not be scratched. As the product
is non-handed it can be used for inward and outward opening doors.
