Quick Change Key

What do you dread most about losing your front door key? Someone is entering your house? Time was when you had to wait to get your locks changed by a professional. Not if you have the Quick-Change Key system.

If you lose your number 1 KEY then by simply inserting the number 2 KEY and turning your cylinder you have changed your lock and the number 1 KEY will not work in your lock. If you lose your number 2 KEY then simply repeat the entire operation by using your number 3 KEY. Don't worry if you lose your number 3 KEY. The lock will have to be changed but the good news is that it can be repinned to give it another 3 Quick-Change Keys. Ideal for keyed alike door locks and padlocks in the home or the work place.

The Restricted range is quality engineered to give you the very best in a security cylinder. Capable of coping with large master key systems and the high usage demands put on the individual cylinder.

Stronghold® SnapsafeTM Cylinder

Break-ins involving doors fitted with euro-cylinders are on the increase and constant demands from victims and crime reduction authorities for a solution have been met with the introduction of the Squire Stronghold® SnapsafeTM cylinder.

Our design team came up with a simple modification to a standard cylinder. This realistically accepts that a cylinder, when subjected to a physical attack, can break but that it should break without nullifying its security. As the name suggests it snaps safe.

As the illustration shows the cylinder will snap at a pre-selected position leaving an in-built security zone inside the door furniture of the door with at least three active pin chambers. The would be thief is now faced with taking more time to pick the lock and invariably will give up. In most instances, even after the attack, the key holder will still be able to open the lock.

The SnapsafeTM security cylinder is available on all lengths including single, doubles and thumbturn, and in Standard Key Mode and Restricted Mode.

Millions of doors are fitted with euro-profiles, including those that use multipoint locking systems. Attacks on euro-profiles are increasing and whilst we cannot disclose details of security weaknesses, for obvious reasons, we can state that it is possible to gain entry in seconds.

Invisible when fitted the EnhancerTM provides excellent security, even against professional tools. The EnhancerTM (patent pending) is produced from solid steel ingots that are shaped using high powered laser technology. The EnhancerTM is highly resistant to side and end load making it a unique crime prevention product. When fitted each EnhancerTM is capable of withstanding a force up to 1.7 tonnes. The EnhancerTM is suitable for all sizes and makes of euro-profile cylinders and can be very easily retrofitted to an existing door in minutes. The EnhancerTM does not inhibit access to the locking system in any respect when an engineer or locksmith needs to service.
